November 15 2009, Robbie and his friend Zach were driving eastbound going through a usually busy intersection, it was getting dark out and he pulled up to the stop sign. He looked fast before stopping all the way and not noticing a black pickup truck coming southbound. not realizing it he pulled out. The lady in the truck was on here way home from work taking the same road home as usual. but today there weren't nearly as many cars out, none at the time she was driving, until an all blue car out of nowhere pulled right in front of her at the last minute. Police say she was driving 55 when she slammed into Rob's car. On impact Robbie L. died instantly while knocking his passenger Zach B. unconscious. Robbie was 16 in sophomore class at my small high school, while Zach is a junior at another high school. Robbie was never mad or sad, he always wore a proud or goofy smile no matter what. even the shyest kids could easily talk to Rob and get a few laughs. I for one am a freshmen this year and have had Rob in a few classes and out of the few months i knew him, I would consider him a good person and friend. So if you could just say a little prayer for Robbie and for Zach to get better. thank you! and God bless!!
